Terms of Service

The agreement between you and RNS STAR LLC for using PageGro.

Effective date: 12 September 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and RNS STAR LLC, a New York limited liability company at 99 Wall Street #112, New York, NY 10005, United States ("RNS STAR", "we", "us", "our"), for the use of PageGro — the website builder at pagegro.com, its dashboard, hosting, subdomains, email accounts and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of this agreement. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind it, and "you" means that business.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. You must give accurate information when you register and keep it current. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your password confidential; tell us at once if you believe your account has been compromised. One person may not hold multiple free accounts to avoid plan limits.

2. The Service and plans

PageGro lets you build and publish websites from templates, host them on a pagegro.com subdomain or a domain you own, and add features such as blogs, contact forms and business email. The Free plan has no time limit and includes limits on sites, pages, templates and features shown on the pricing page. Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Agency) raise those limits as described there. We may change plan features and limits on reasonable notice; changes that reduce what a paid plan includes take effect at your next renewal.

3. Fees, billing and renewal

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars through Stripe, or in Bangladeshi taka through bKash where offered. Charges appear on your card statement as RNS STAR, LLC. Plans renew automatically for the same period until you cancel; you can cancel at any time from Dashboard → Billing, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Prices exclude taxes; where we must collect VAT, GST or sales tax it is added at checkout. If a payment fails we will retry it and notify you; if it still fails, your account returns to the Free plan limits and sites that exceed them may be unpublished until you upgrade. Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the text, images, code, data and other material you upload or create with the Service ("Customer Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, transmit, display and adapt Customer Content solely as needed to operate, secure, back up and improve the Service and to show your published site to its visitors. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backups that expire within 90 days and copies we must keep by law.

You are responsible for Customer Content and for having the rights to use it. Templates, stock images, icons and other material we provide remain ours or our licensors'; you may use them only as part of sites built and hosted on PageGro.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service, or allow it to be used, to:

  • publish content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, or that promotes violence, hatred or discrimination;
  • infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights, including by selling counterfeit goods;
  • run phishing pages, distribute malware, impersonate another person or organisation, or collect personal data by deception;
  • send spam or unsolicited bulk messages from the Service or through email accounts we provide;
  • promote pyramid schemes, unlicensed gambling, unlicensed pharmaceuticals or other regulated goods in breach of applicable law;
  • overload, probe or attack the Service, bypass plan limits, scrape other customers' sites, or mine cryptocurrency on our infrastructure;
  • use our subdomains to redirect to, cloak or mask content elsewhere in order to deceive search engines or visitors.

Hosting is provided for normal business websites. Sites that consume disproportionate storage, bandwidth or processing (for example file-sharing, video streaming or bulk downloads) may be limited or asked to move to a suitable plan.

6. Subdomains, domains and email

Free subdomains are assigned under pagegro.com on a first-come basis and remain our property; you may not sell or transfer them, and we may reclaim a subdomain that is inactive for 12 months, that is reserved for our own use, or whose name infringes rights or misleads the public. Domains you connect must be registered by you with a third-party registrar under its terms; we do not control registrar fees or renewals. Business email accounts we provide are for your own business correspondence and are subject to sending limits and the anti-spam rules in section 5.

7. Copyright complaints

We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act and similar laws. Send notices to abuse@rnsagency.com with the work concerned, the URL of the material, your contact details, a good-faith statement and your signature. We may remove or disable the material, notify the customer who posted it, and terminate repeat infringers. Customers may send a counter-notice to the same address.

8. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts or unpublish sites that violate these Terms, that expose us or others to legal risk, that remain unpaid, or where required by law; where practical we will warn you first. On termination your right to use the Service ends. You can export your content before closing your account; after closure we delete account data and sites within 90 days, as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections 4 (licence to backups), 9, 10, 11 and 13 survive termination.

9. Availability, support and changes

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance, and we may add, change or withdraw features. We provide support by email within one business day. Free plans are provided without a service-level commitment.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and any warranty that the Service will be error-free, secure or produce any particular business result. You are responsible for backing up content that matters to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RNS STAR and its officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in that period, or US$100 if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these limitations, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.

12. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless RNS STAR and its officers, employees and agents from claims, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Customer Content, your Customer Sites, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of any law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting a claim, each party agrees to try to resolve the dispute informally by writing to the other and allowing 30 days for a response. Any claim that is not resolved must be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction; either party may also seek an injunction to protect its intellectual property in any court. Nothing in this section limits rights that consumer protection law gives you in your country of residence.

14. General

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy are the entire agreement between you and RNS STAR about the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it to an affiliate or a successor. We may update these Terms; the effective date at the top shows the latest version, and we will notify account holders of material changes by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
